A project that aims to become a benchmark for bank architecture in the environmental era. By concentrating walls around the outer zone, we have achieved both an “internal space with good visibility” and “a reduction in environmental impact.” Nearly ZEB certification was obtained through the accumulation of passive methods such as a “layered plan” in which many non-air-conditioned rooms were placed around the perimeter. We pursued a simple exterior that increases its presence among the diverse architecture along the main road.
