This facility is a cultural complex planned with the aim to enhance the brand power of the Kobe Nishi-ku District. Its exterior, reminiscent of Kobe, serves as a landmark. The pedestrian bridge connects the facility, the station and the city. On the station side, a plaza has been created to invigorate this area. The hall can be opened and used with the plaza. The Art Wall, which is a bookshelf of knowledge and art, has been set up in the common area to link the library and the hall. Managing the books at the facility entrance enables visitors to read books throughout the entire facility.
