This condominium hotel occupies a prime ski-in/ski-out location directly connected to the slopes of Niseko Hirafu. Designed as an aggregation of gabled roofs, the architecture maximizes allowable floor area under relaxed pitched-roof regulations while expressing the character of a for-sale condominium with individually owned units. The project establishes a new landmark in Niseko, offering extraordinary spatial experiences through guestrooms integrated with the surrounding landscape, open-air baths overlooking Mount Yotei, and a lobby reflecting the changing seasons and regional context.
